What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Jubilee Line and the DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London. Alight at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train for the quick two-stop journey to ExCeL: Custom House for ExCeL* (for the west entrance) or Prince Regent for ExCeL (for the east entrance or the ICC London) or exit onto the M2 ramp to M25/London

What can I bring into the event?
I ask that you do not bring food in the venue as the ExCel has many restaurnts for you to choice from but you are allow to take drinks in. You do have to bring ID as long as you have paid your tickets and have your tickets with you so you can get into the con. also it would be helpful if you wear your fursona badge as poeple can iditfy you and we ask to keep it on at all time in the venue. also you are allowed to record or take photos and there will be a headless for you guys in fursuit.

What's the refund policy?
we can only give half of what you paid because of paying computys like paypal that keep half of it.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes
Can I update my registration information?
we ask you not to if you have alreally bought your tickets but if you havent then sure
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
I would like it if you keept it the same but you can as long as it matches your email name or the name whos going is the same as the ticket
