Sunset Cacao at Tonic

Join me June 19th at Tonic Zero Proof Bar in Littleton for an evening of heart warming cacao as we watch the sunset. This evening we'll gather and connect through ceremony, cacao, gratitude and opening up the heart space. The gathering will involve intention setting, connection exercises, breathwork, light movement and a ceremonial dose of cacao. I prepare the cacao with intention, love and Organic Ecuadorian Cacao that is ethically sourced.

During this ceremony we will be creating a safe place for everyone to connect authentically and create meaningful connections. Through guided intention setting and connection exercises, we’ll cultivate a sense of community and support. Light movement will help us release any tension, allowing the cacao’s natural properties to enhance our experience. The sound healing will further facilitate relaxation and deeper connection to our inner selves and each other.

I suggest to bring your own mug to connect to your own energy and extra pillows and extra pillows and blankets for extra comfort.
