You are invited to join us for a very special event. Dani will guide us in what she calls a "Sound and Cacao Ceremony"To begin the evening, we will open up a safe and sacred space and serve ceremonial cacao to open the heart and begin the connection. Following the cacao and intention setting, you will lie back and be totally immersed in the healing vibrations of many unique and traditional instruments including native american flutes, drums, rattles, harmonium, hand pan, chimes, voice, and a few other sounds Dani has up her sleeve.
We have entered water season, and so this ceremony will help us connect to the waters inside and all around us, as well as the connection to ourselves, what we need to get clarity on, and what it means when they say "in order to heal it you must feel it".
Join us for this special Breath and Sound journey as we ride the waves of sound straight into our hearts. Dress comfortably and bring your nest with you (i.e. a yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket).
