Don't forget to bring your favorite beer to sip on during the session. It's the perfect way to unwind and connect with nature. Grab your mat and get ready for a memorable evening of fun and laughter!

About your Yoga Instructor:
Emylou Gall is a dedicated yoga instructor and mother of two with a passion for health, wellness, and community. With a background in running marathons across 50 states, Emylou discovered the transformative power of yoga in her late 30s. Despite not considering herself an athlete, she found solace and grace in the practice, prompting her to pursue certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200).
Emylou completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Fernandina Beach, where she honed her skills and deepened her understanding of yoga as a healing modality. Although initially drawn to yoga for personal growth and healing, she soon realized her calling to share this gift with others.
Now a valued member of the Yoga Den community, Emylou finds joy in subbing classes and sharing her love for yoga with students of all levels. She believes in the power of yoga to heal both body and mind and is passionate about guiding others on their own journey to self-discovery and inner peace.
In addition to her role as a yoga instructor, Emylou is also a nutrition support partner, leveraging her knowledge of holistic health to empower others to live their best lives. She is deeply committed to giving back to her community and regularly volunteers her services to support those in need.
Emylou's teaching style is nurturing, supportive, and empowering, with a focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness. She is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where students can explore their practice and connect with their inner light and have fun along the way.
Participants are invited to explore the farm, chill by the pond, visit the other farm animals and walk the nature trail after yoga.
Please arrive 15min before start time, to check in, set up and sign a waiver.
What to bring? BYOB, yoga mat or towel, water. Some yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don't have your own. As an outdoor event bugs are a possibility, bring the repellant of your choice.
