Don't forget to bring your favorite beer to sip on during the session. It's the perfect way to unwind and connect with nature. Grab your mat and get ready for a memorable evening of fun and laughter!

About your Yoga Instructor:
Ronnetta Williams, PhD, RYT500 is a local psychologist and true animal lover. She is known for her authentic, chill, non-judgmental teaching style and person-centered philosophy. Ronnetta incorporates mindfulness-based and emotion-focused cues throughout her classes to promote an eastern body, western mind experience. She encourages self-acceptance and connection with others, spirit, and the universe. Our Goat Yoga class will be a gentle flow and is open to beginners and those with no yoga experience.
Participants are invited to explore the farm, chill by the pond, visit the other farm animals and walk the nature trail after yoga.
Please arrive 15min before start time, to check in, set up and sign a waiver.
What to bring? BYOB, yoga mat or towel, water. Some yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don't have your own. As an outdoor event bugs are a possibility, bring the repellant of your choice.
