Sunset Yoga + Sound Healing at Sagamore Hotel Beach!
Get ready to unwind and stretch at our Yoga Flow + Sound Healing Session at 6:30 PM. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for all levels.
The evening starts out with a Cosmic Flow. The yoga flow is a series of Asanas reflecting the current astrological transits (moon phase, sun phase etc.). Following the flow, we provide a sound healing session to end the evening with higher consciosuness and bliss.
The event takes place on the beach! Don't forget to bring your mat and water bottle!
