Come watch the sun set over the Gulf! Expect chill vibes, reggae beats & yummy stretches mixed into a rhythmic, dynamic vinyasa flow.
The sun will set by 7:15pm and we will do the remainder of the class by candlelight!
This practice is perfect for all levels - super beginner friendly. 🌺
Classes are geared for everyone to follow & get the benefits of yoga, no matter your age or fitness level.
