Sunrise Yoga on the Terrace at Government House

Start your day with a beautiful sunrise yoga session followed by gentle meditation on the Terrace at Government House.

This class will be suitable for everyone, even if you've never tried yoga before.

Bring your yoga mat, water bottle and towel. A light take-away breakfast and coffee will be available.

As numbers are limited, please only book a free ticket if you are able to attend so others do not miss out.

From the Instructor:

"This flow will be guided by deep breathing to help you to be calm and relaxed whilst we take you through a variety of poses. A short meditation will be included at the end to float through the rest of your day and the week ahead".
