Join us for the return of sunrise yoga on top of Dobbins Landing every summer Wednesday from 6:00 am to 7:00 am presented by Erie Downtown Partnership and Ascend Erie! Instructor Chelsea McQuaid will guide the class through a gentle beginner yoga flow designed to help you prepare physically and mentally for the day with modification instructions for all skill levels. The class runs from the first Wednesday in June through the last Wednesday in August.
