Take some time to slow down and sit with nature. We will revisit ancient traditions and ways of sensing the natural world with mindfulness practices and meditation. When performed regularly, these practices encourage a deeper connection with the outdoors; relax and quiet an overactive mind; and enhance greater sensitivity to the patterns of nature. Led by Richard Gosnell, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide. This event will be held outside at Scott Park in Erie. Dress for walking a forest path and bring a water proof seat. Registration is required at infinitelove.yoga. We will meet at the main pavilion.
