Sunrise Yoga & Beach Clean Up

Join us for a Saturday morning of wellness and making a difference at Haulover Park! Nicole Doyon will be leading you through a 45 minute mindful flow on the beach followed by smoothies & light bites courtesy of Tap.

Afterward, we'll come together to clean up the beach, ensuring it stays pristine for all to enjoy! It's a wonderful way to connect with nature and your community while giving back to our beautiful environment. All proceeds will go towards Debris Free Oceans, whose mission is to inspire communities to go zero waste & keep our oceans clean.
