About this Event
In this relaxing and restorative sound immersion, relaxation is your destination. Waking up with the sun, we start the day feeling grounded, connected, and renewed with natures beauty of the sunrise and ocean, and soothing sounds and vibrations. After the sound bath, feel free to join me for an ocean cleanse if that feels aligned with you.
Every Sunday morning at 6:45 am-7:45am
Meet on the beach at Access #31 on Jupiter Dog Beach.
Directions: On Ocean Drive/A1A, 0.60 Miles North Of Marcinski Rd. There is free street parking. Take the access down to the beach and you will see me set up with my sound bowls.
Bring a beach blanket, towel, or chair to rest on and anything else to promote comfort (pillow, blanket, etc)
Energy exchange: $10. Exchange on the beach through Zelle, Venmo, or pay with cash. OR sign up in advance through my Eventbrite.
