Join yoga teacher and trauma-trained somatic coach, Alissa Vreeland, in a 60-minute somatic practice that includes reflection and journaling time (bring a pen + paper!), breathwork, and gentle/intuitive movement. This class is designed to rebuild the brain/body connection and support a healthy re-balancing of your nervous system while also releasing stored stress, tension, and emotions from your body.
