When was the last time you gave yourself an hour of true silence?
In the busyness of life, the world becomes loud. Our minds jump from one worry to the next, and our bodies carry the weight of constant demands. In the midst of this hustle, we often lose our presence; we stop hearing our own hearts and the gentle whisper of God.
I created Silent Walks because I believe silence is medicine for the soul. After walking the Camino de Santiago in absolute silence, I discovered that walking is the most natural way to meditate, especially for those of us who find it hard to sit still.
If you are seeking a soft place to land, a moment of profound clarity, or a deeper connection with your faith in a supportive community of sisterhood, you are welcome here.
What You Will Carry Home:
- Spiritual Clarity: A notable reduction in mental noise and a renewed sense of God's presence.
- Physical Relief: A release of accumulated stress and a sense of lightness in your body.

Language & Logistics:
- Language: This experience is lovingly held in Spanish, but women of all backgrounds are welcome. If English speakers join us, I will happily provide guidance in both languages to ensure everyone feels included and connected.
- What to bring: Please bring water and a light backpack for your essentials. Above all, bring your heart exactly as it is today. You are welcome to bring your own breakfast or a light snack to share as we gather for community connection after our walk.
- Parking & Arrival: We begin at 7:00 AM sharp. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. This allows you a moment to find parking, locate our group, and begin quieting your mind before we step into the silence. Street parking is available nearby.
- Our Commitment: To protect the intimacy of the group, spaces are intentionally limited.

Info: We begin by preparing the body to release tension and land in the present moment. In this space of opening, we set a personal intention to guide your steps and focus your heart.

Info: Moving in a conscious, single-file line, we synchronize our steps with our breath. In absolute silence, the mental chatter slows, allowing the presence of God to fill the space where noise used to be.

Info: We gather to translate our silence into wisdom. This is a time to give voice to what we have experienced and received, allowing the insights of the path to settle within. We close with a gratitude prayer, carrying this peace and clarity into the rest of your day.

Info: You are invited to stay and get to know the other women in this community. We will provide a light morning snack; you are also welcome to bring your own breakfast or a small contribution to share as we enjoy the gift of belonging together.
