Give yourself the gift of beginning a new day with strength and vitality as the sun rises on our city. This is a 60 minute open level flow class that is adaptable to all abilities. This journey into strength will include traditional power yoga asanas and will exercise all parts of the body ending with a joyous shavasana. You will leave ready to take on your day ahead!
PRICING: $15 first class drop in / $18 single class drop in / $52 (4) Class Pass - Those who purchase the (4) Class Pass online will receive an email from the Instructor containing a code to enter when signing up for the additional three dates. The classes do not need to be taken consecutively, but must be taken within the dates available. Since space is limited, no refunds will be offered for any missed classes.
