DJ GÖDTÌS:
DJ GÖDTÌS (Tammy Beattie) merges the primal with the melodic, crafting immersive sonic landscapes. Through a live wolf set, GÖDTÌS pioneers rewilding, weaving nature’s elements into a musical journey that transcends genres.
Her beats resonate as a storytelling medium, inviting listeners into a transformative experience where melody and wilderness converge.
This is more than a dance; it is a remembering.
Guided Movement Class:
Elemental Attunement - A Beginner’s Journey into Contact Improvisation with Tammy Beattie
This beginner-friendly Contact Improvisation class is an invitation to return home to your body, your breath, and your inner listening before reaching outward into shared movement.
We begin in stillness. In silence.
Softening the nervous system.
Turning inward.
Attuning first to ourselves.
Through gentle, light yogic stretches and subtle somatic awareness practices, we prepare the body as a vessel grounded, open, receptive. From this centered place, we gradually awaken the elements within: the fluidity of water, the ignition of fire, the steadiness of earth, and the spaciousness of air. Each element becomes a gateway into embodied exploration.
From there, we move into the foundations of Contact Improvisation cultivating sensitivity through point of contact, rolling pathways, weight-sharing, sliding, listening through touch, and responsive play. This is a space of curiosity and trust, where we allow the dance to unfold organically, moment by moment.
Closing SoundBath - Annmarie Fore of ResoundingWell LLC
Annmarie Fore is certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Spiritual Director, as well as a poet and educator. She brings a plethora of skills and instruments, integrating sounds reflecting the natural elements, entrainment with voice and drumming, original poetry, energetic clearing, somatic rituals, and guided visualizations.
