About this Event
This Sunrise Free Air Walk is a seasonal practice of gentle outdoor walking offered through Well-Watered Fruit. These walks are a practice of attention — learning to notice meaning, presence, and purpose in the ordinary, built places we move through every day. Rather than escaping the city or its noise, we walk within it, trusting that what was created has intention and that presence can be found where we already are.
We’ll begin walking at sunrise, allowing space for breath, noticing, and unhurried movement as the city wakes up around us. Conversation is welcome but not expected — the emphasis is on presence, not performance.
This walk is held specifically for women, offering a quieter, more contained space. It is not a fitness walk, workshop, or organized instruction. It is a shared practice of moving gently and without agenda, held with care for place, people, and pace.
