About this Event
This early-morning experience welcomes anyone looking to reclaim the beginning of their day. Bring warm, breathable layers, trail-ready running shoes, and the quiet of your waking mind.
We will spend the majority of our time in slow, sensory exploration. Then, to honor the body’s transition into the active day, we will spend our final ten minutes warming up with a light, collective jog.
What it will look like:
- slow, guided sensory walk to anchor your mind and connect with the waking forest
- mindful, gentle movements to awaken the joints
- closing with a 10-minute light, closing jog to build body heat, elevate your heart rate, and cultivate energy for the day ahead.
