About this Event
Please come along and join our free football sessions, delivered in collaboration with United Cornwall CIC.
The sessions are mixed-gender (18+) and are for adults affected by loss through suicide.
No previous experience is needed — simply come along and take part at your own pace.
Our aim is to build a safe, supportive, and relaxed community, where you can be present, feel comfortable, and gently engage in the sessions in whatever way feels right for you.
Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, try football for the first time, or simply get some headspace and switch off from the world, these sessions are for you.
