🌊Flow with the waves, Rise with the sun 🌞 with me on Saturday, September 27th.
We will be meeting at Burkes Beach. Address: 60 Burkes beach RD Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
Meet at the wooden lifeguard chair to the right as soon as you step onto the sand. Sunrise is approximately 7:14 AM. Meet time 7:00 & around 7:05- we will walk together to set up our perfect spot. Class will start at 7:15.
What to expect: This 1 hour class blends meditation, a gentle flow, and a soothing finish all set to the harmony of the waves. Let’s rise into our best selves together and start our day off right!!
Price $$$$: $10 cash/ Zelle/ or cash app. Pay the day of, either before or after class.
What to bring: water bottle, mat or towel, & the best version of you! ✨
