Start your day with an invigorating flow and set a positive tone for the day ahead! Join us for our Sunrise & Shine Gentle Flow Yoga class, held every Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California.
Led by the inspiring Courtney Williams, this energizing early morning class is designed to awaken your body and mind as you transition from the darkness into the golden light of dawn. Courtney will guide you through a gentle warm-up sequence followed by progressively challenging poses, all while integrating mindful breathing practices. You'll leave feeling grounded, energized, and ready to take on whatever the day may bring.
This class is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi. Modifications will be offered to accommodate all abilities.
