Each session blends gentle demonstrations with guided, hands-on practice in a small, welcoming studio setting. You’ll learn essential techniques such as color mixing, layering, blending, and creating texture, while gaining a simple understanding of color relationships without feeling overwhelmed. Working from still-life subjects, you’ll build depth and confidence as you develop your own style.
By the end of the course, you’ll complete a finished acrylic painting on canvas along with several practice studies. All materials are provided and kept in the studio, with optional supplies suggested for home practice.
