Spend some time, resting in sound generated just for the group, intended to meet us where we are- offering calm, healing and elevation. You’ll enjoy sounds of gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, rattles, drum, voice and who knows what else might show up. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you’d like to stretch out on the floor.
