About this Event
An evening of live music from some of the best songwriters Belfast and beyond has to offer.
Singer-songwriter Sophie French creates sun-kissed pop that instantly transports listeners to warmer, brighter places. Drawing inspiration from contemporary pop voices alongside the elegance of classic jazz and soul, Sophie has been shaping her sound from a young age; dedication that shines through in every note. At the heart of Sophie’s music is joy; soulful storytelling of the world as a better place, all wrapped up in irresistible pop rhythms. Whether she’s delivering a heartfelt ballad like “Little Bird” or a dance-ready tune like “Good Life!”, her performances are always packed with warmth and fun and we can't wait to have her for her Sunflower Sessions debut!
Hailing originally from Philadelphia & living on the island of Ireland, Amanda Fawn is Americana folk with a hint of mischievous Irish pixie dust. Her music is inspired by dreams as big as the cliffs at Slieve League, and human experience as grounded as the soil in Tollymore Forest. She isn’t afraid to stir up a question or two in her lyrics, but ultimately she is a peace-bringer and a joy enthusiast. Amanda Fawn is a wanderer, and a wonderful story-teller, a brilliant addition to the Sunflower Sessions family.
Taylor Lally is a songwriter from the east coast of Northern Ireland, creating music that sits between indie rock and lo fi pop. Often compared vocally to Rickie Lee Jones, with guitar sensibilities reminiscent of John Martyn, her sound is rooted in honest songwriting and a natural connection with audiences. She built her craft performing several nights a week across County Down before selling out headline shows at Bangor’s Court House. Her self-titled debut album was nominated for Album of the Year at the Northern Ireland Music Prize, placing her alongside artists such as Snow Patrol and Van Morrison. During lockdown, her Living Room Live series expanded her reach internationally, building a loyal following beyond her local scene. We can't wait to hear what Taylor has to offer!

His releases, including Better Things to Do and Swapping Stories, have met with critical acclaim. Tom's live performances come with one promise; you'll either laugh or you'll cry. Or both. Probably both. His new EP is scheduled for release in November 2026 and promises to be his best work yet.
