Every Sunday, experience a talented local performer at this free, music concert series in the park. Enjoy a range of music genres. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself singing along or up on your feet dancing!
About Jason White
Louisiana born Singer/Songwriter melding country, pop, and soul into his songs and performances. His musical influences range from Willie Nelson and Otis Redding to Garth Brooks and Brian McKnight. After taking a 13-year break from music, Jason is back, gigging at bars, restaurants, and clubs around Southwest Florida and now Nashville. If he isn’t spending time with his two daughters, you’ll find him writing songs, or entertaining folks with his uniquely crafted country sound.
Know Before You Go:
- The Bay park address is 1055 Blvd of the Arts, Sarasota 34236
- Free parking is located around the site and all parking lots remain open — along Blvd of the Arts and in front of the Van Wezel, Municipal Auditorium and Blue Pagoda. Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas.
- Construction of the new Town Square (located between the Municipal Auditorium and Art Center) is underway and affects pedestrian routes between the parking lot along N. Tamiami Trail and venues west of Van Wezel Way (incl. The Bay park, Van Wezel, and Holley Hall). Signs are posted to direct you between these locations. - Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.
- All pets must be non-aggressive and on a leash at all times. Owners are expected to pick up after their pets.
