What to bring
Swimwear, towel, thongs, water bottle, and comfy clothes for yoga.

If you’re pregnant or have any medical conditions (especially heart or blood pressure issues), chat to your GP before cold exposure.
Spots are capped at 30 and will go fast. Grab a ticket and come reset with us.
