Join us for a gentle slow flow practice, followed by a small social moment with pastries and snacks.
This is not just a yoga class — it’s a chance to move, reset, and share a simple moment.
Our guest teacher this time is Hannah, who teaches regular Wednesday evening classes at Koko Studio.
Her teaching style is rooted in slow, mindful flow — creating space to move with attention, ease, and steadiness.
Expect a practice that feels grounding, gentle, and quietly energising.
After yoga, we’ll enjoy something sweet together — a simple, cosy moment to connect before continuing your Sunday.
Koko Studio is located in the city centre, making it easy to continue your day afterwards — whether that’s coffee, a gallery visit, a film, or a little Sunday wandering around Glasgow.
