Slow Morning Practice + Something Sweet
A slow Sunday morning of yoga,
followed by something sweet
and a little time to connect.
This special edition falls on the full moon —
a time often associated with release, reset, and reflection.
In this session, we’ll move through a steady, grounding sequence
designed to support the nervous system,
helping the body soften and let go of built-up tension.
Full moon practice is often said to amplify the body’s natural detox processes —
making this a beautiful time to pause, move, and reset.
This is not about pushing.
It’s about creating space.
Yuko will guide a calm, focused flow
with moments of breath, stillness, and quiet attention.
After the practice,
we’ll share pastries and snacks together —
a simple, cosy moment to land
and connect with others.
Even just being in a room
with people who value this kind of time
can feel surprisingly uplifting.
