On this Winter Solstice morning, I invite you to join us for a sacred celebration of light, intention, and embodied prayer. Together, we will honor the turning of the seasons — the longest night giving way to the return of the sun — and awaken the light within ourselves.
🌞 Why so early ! Sunrise is at 7:03
We will begin precisely at 7:03 AM, because that is the exact moment the sun rises and the Solstice begins — when the light is perfectly balanced with the dark. This is a powerful threshold: a cosmic reminder that even in our longest nights, the light always returns.
💫 Our Flow
• Sunrise & Cacao Ceremony
We will gather outside on my property to watch the sunrise together. At that exact moment, we’ll share a warm, heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao (dairy-free, provided). Please bring a mug you love, and your clear intention for what you are calling in.
Movement into the Studio
After our sunrise ritual, we’ll move into the studio for sound healing , guided breathwork and dance. Please bring a blindfold or eye covering to deepen your inner journey. Bring a journal and pem
I am honored to be bringing Maddie Rae Stone and Yana Gates Savina for their otherworldly, gorgeous toning Light channel singing crystal Bowls and other instrumentation during the guided breath work. • Breath & Dance Wave
Through guided breathwork and the 5Rhythms-inspired practice of dance, we will embody the balance of the Solstice — honoring the darkness, releasing what is ready to be shed, and calling in the new light. Come dressed to move freely and celebrate.
• Closing
We will complete our ritual around noon leaving you grounded, uplifted, and resourced for the season ahead.

🕖 Time: 7:03 AM sharp – 12 noon
👕 Bring: A mug, your intention, a blindfold, and comfortable clothes to dance in and journal &pen
💲 Contribution: $40 to 80 sliding scale — Cash or Venmo.
