Come laugh, breathe, and reset with us through Laughter Yoga—a playful, uplifting practice that helps you release tension, boost your mood, and reconnect with joy.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Gentle, guided laughter: We’ll be led through easy laughter exercises that help laughter arise naturally—no jokes, no pressure, and you don’t need to “be good at it.”
Breathing + nervous system support: Laughter and breathwork work beautifully together. You may notice your body soften, your mind quiet down, and your energy lift—without having to “try” so hard.
A really sweet sense of connection: There’s something about laughing together that makes you feel instantly more human and more connected. Come as you are—you’ll be welcomed.
Come early for some connection time in the lounge, 6:30-7pm.
