Please join Elle and bring your friends for a nourishing outdoor VinYin yoga class at Playa Pacific Park overlooking Mission Bay.
A perfect way to start your Sunday with the balance of Yin and Yang yoga. This one-hour class will include both all-levels vinyasa flow and restorative yin yoga. Class will be held on the grass in front of the small beach located down the way from Superbloom Cafe. Bring your mat and water, ready to feel replenished.

Additional Details:
* Class starts at 9am (recommended to arrive 10 minutes early)
*Parking and restrooms onsite
* Recommended to bring a light sweater and pillow or yoga blocks for the yin portion of class
* Directions: From 5 North, take exit 22 and turn left. Turn left before Superbloom Cafe and turn into the 3rd parking lot on the right (by playground).
