Join us on Sunday, February 1st for a 45 minute HIIT class led by Emily Kenneally, instructor at Barry's! After the class, stay for brunch and sip mimosas. Celsius will also be joining and handing out free samples!
Barry’s is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout class with strength training. The class is known for its energetic atmosphere, including dim lighting, loud music, and motivating instructors. This class will involve a variety of exercises using resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, targeting different muscle groups.
