Sunday Sunset 5Rhythms is a drop in creative & free form dance class that has evolved into a fun loving, diverse and welcoming community. We meet and dance as the sun sets over the bay at the Elwood Angling Club. There are no steps to follow and no way you can get it wrong. If you're looking to increase your joy and wellbeing in a simple way, this is it! Class will run until the end of May, when the venue closes for renovations, so now is the time!
