You will be invited to lay down on a yogamat, creating your own cozy nest, and gently close your eyes. In this relaxed and reclined position, you'll be treated to a 60-minute deep listening experience, known as 'sound bathing' ??
No prior experience with sound or meditation is required – this sound session is suitable for everyone!
**We'll provide yoga mats & props for your comfort, but feel free to bring your own extras like a blanket & pillows for the ultimate relaxation experience! **
