Join us for a beginner-friendly, 60-minute stress reset designed to help you identify where stress lives in your body — and experience deep, supported rest through sound.
This unique session begins with a guided Stress Mapping exercise, where you’ll gently notice and mark areas of physical tension on a simple body outline. No analysis. No sharing required. Just awareness.
You’ll then lie back and receive an immersive sound bath experience using crystal singing bowls and grounding tones designed to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.
At the end of the session, you’ll revisit your stress map to notice any subtle shifts. Even small changes count.
No meditation experience needed.
