Welcome everyone ... It's Lindsay here from Ahyoka Wellness. Come & join me on the mat ... It's time to come & unwind the mind & free the body, in preparation for the week ahead. I've been practicing Yoga for over 26yrs and now want to branch out and share with you why I love it so much.
No experience required - This is a gentle Hatha flow to be enjoyed by all Beginners & Intermediate.
We will start with gentle movement by practising Hatha Yoga, followed by a wonderful meditation to find comfort within our mind & body. Then to feel the harmony from the crystal singing bowls.
If you wanted to try Yoga and just not too sure, then I welcome you to come along.
All equipment is provided.
