Yearning for your splits but burning with a hate for stretching?
Let's investigate! There's more to getting our splits than just sitting in a pancake stretch while we doomscroll. Join us for 75 minutes of movement and investigation! We'll enjoy a movmement practice that takes us through some hip and hamstring exploration; we'll also take a look at stretching + strengthening methods and anatomy to best figure out how to get this difficult posture.
Bring water, a yoga mat, and layers in case you get chilly during the anatomy portion :)
