About this Event
Constellation allows us to see the hidden and unconscious patterns that manifest as pain and physical symptoms. In this circle we will explore the underlying causes to these pains in pairs and do full constellations for 2-3 participants.
Have you ever wondered why some patterns in your life are so challenging to shift? Or have dealt with a symptom in your life that seems to defy treatment? Join us for an empowering, compassion-building, healing circle using systems constellations. Constellations are a way to take complex internal experience and represent it externally, allowing us to gather important information about relationships, symptoms, beliefs, and circumstances. By seeing problems we wrestle with internally held with kindness and acceptance, we can soften blocks and loosen old patterns. We can also acknowledge “what is”, which allows us to move forward with our lives with more clarity, sovereignty, and honesty.
Constellation is not a replacement for medical or mental healthcare. Because it deals with unconscious patterns, emotional pain, and trauma it may uncover painful experiences of participants. It can contribute to individual, ancestral and collective healing by showing common experiences between participants.
Bring a notebook and pen to write your observations and learnings.
Systems Constellations access the energy of the individual, family, organization, or system that is constellated . It can bring forward dynamics that have been unconscious or unacknowledged, including challenging and traumatic energies. Participants are active in this energy field and may experience discomfort or triggers from the energy that is present, even if they are not the subject of the constellation. Each participant is strongly encouraged to do what is needed for their well-being.
Constellation work shows us that we are connected. When we do this work in community we learn that we share so much and so many experiences. We don’t have to carry our burdens alone.

Shannon Harris, MPH, MPA, LMT is a constellation facilitator, bodyworker, and coach. She has been working with the constellation modality since 2017 for personal healing and providing support to others through representing in constellation. She was trained in family constellations by Sarah Maclean Bicknell and organizational constellation at the Human Systems Institute. As a facilitator, she holds space for concerns and issues arising within this lifetime as well as those that come to us through our family lineage. Shannon also has a certification in organizational constellation, applying the modality to businesses and organizations to create healthier businesses and workplaces. She offers 1:1 constellation sessions as a coach as well as holds them in a circle format.
