Piano -

Liwa is a pianist and chamber musician from China. She studied at the Central Conservatory of Music in China, where she was tutored by two well-known pianists, Zhihong Guo and Xiaofan Wei. Liwa also studied with pianist and chamber musician Deniz Gelenbe at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

As a young pianist her performance trail has taken her throughout China, having successfully held individual concerts in Beijing, Harbin, and Tianjin. In the UK, she has performed in several prestigious venues including Waltham Abbey Church; St George's Church, Beckenham; St James’ Church, Piccadilly; and St Alfege Church. In addition, she has performed at the Beijing Modern Music Festival, the Beijing Fringe Festival, and the World Music Week Art Festival. Liwa has also participated in masterclasses with Korean-American pianist Min Kwon and Italian-American pianist Enrico Elisi.

Liwa has a strong interest in international cultural and artistic communication and cross-border cooperation. She has participated in a series of public-benefit activities at the Seoul Global Centre and the Beijing Riverside Art Museum.


Violin - Jiajing Li

Jiajing began studying the violin at the age of four, under the tutelage of Li Qingchao and Chen Jianxin. She earned a degree in Music Performance from the Orchestral Department of Xinghai Conservatory of Music, studying under Professor Huang Yi. After obtaining a master's degree in Music Education from the University of York, she pursued a master's degree in Music Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, studying with Professor Clare Thompson.

She won the Silver Award in the second Henan Province Youth Violin Competition in 2010, and first prize in the Colorado Instrumental Competition in 2021. In January 2024, she participated in the Vivian Joseph Classical Concerto Competition at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and she reached the semifinals of the Carne Trust Chamber Competition in May 2024.

In 2022, she performed in several significant concerts with the Trinity Laban Conservatoire Symphony Orchestra. Throughout 2023, she participated in numerous concerts (at Cadogan Hall and Regents Opera) and recording projects in London. She has performed with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) at Lighthouse Poole; appeared in a Schubert and Mendelssohn piano trio performance at St. George's Church, Beckenham; participated in a Genshin Impact chamber music concert at Waltham Abbey Church; performed in the 'Harmony of East and West' concert at St. James', Piccadilly; participated in a Studio Ghibli candlelight chamber music concert; and performed at Wigmore Hall.
