What to Expect:
🌿 Aromatherapy to ease you into rest
🧘 Gentle guided breathwork & meditation
🎶 A deeply immersive sound bath experience
👕 Dress comfortably and bring water. Eye mask and pillow are optional.
Blankets and yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own yoga or fitness mat, or any additional blankets you may want!
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your space and minimize distractions during the session.
