Join us for a session and discover the profound impact of sound on your body, mind, and spirit. Embrace relaxation, healing, and wellness through the unique and therapeutic sounds of singing bowls.
Arrive up to 15 min before session starts to settle into your space. Some equipment is available but it is suggested that you bring mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, eye mask or pillow, any props that are important to your comfort Doors are locked and sound begins promptly at 5.
You must register through LIT to join, classes can fill up!
The non member drop in rate is $16
