SCHEDULE:
The sound journey will run from from 4pm - 5pm.
Please arrive on time to ensure a prompt start. Once the doors are closed you may not be able to enter.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Something to lay on to ensure you are comfortable (eg; yoga mat, blanket etc)
- Water bottle
- Cushion or pillow
- Blanket or light throw to lay over yourself
- Eye pillow or blindfold to cover your eyes
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Please avoid wearing perfumes or heavy scents
- If possible avoid caffeine on the day of the session
