Friends,I would like to invite you to our Fall 2024 Therapeutic Sound Bath Meditations Series.
Sundays 4:00 PM
Researchers have found that tension, anxiety, and negative moods decrease significantly after a Therapeutic Sound™ Bath Meditation. Sunday evening classes are a full 90 minutes, allowing for a deeper feeling of rejuvenation and relaxation.
This month, our Sound Focus will be **Brain Health & Relaxation**. Promising new research and case studies show that certain musical frequencies can stimulate brain function and possibly help individuals challenged with dementia. Our Sound Baths in January will include these “musical vitamins.”
**What to Expect:**
Sound Bath Meditations combine restorative yoga, meditation, toning, chanting, and a sacred sound concert. Benefits include:
- Reduced stress
- Deep relaxation
- Strengthened immune system
- Healing promotion
- Enhanced creativity
- Uplifted spirit
- Improved sleep
Sound Meditations slow down your brainwaves, guiding you into a deep meditative state or altered state of consciousness. Participants lay down comfortably and are “immersed” in the sounds, vibrations, and harmonics of various instruments like gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and shamanic percussion instruments, played in a clinically tested, therapeutic sequence to maximize benefits. No previous knowledge or experience is required. Sound is a very accessible form of meditation where benefits are usually experienced right after the first session.
**About Your Teacher:**
