come join me for a relaxing sound bath experience at laurelhurst park!
touch grass and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of bird songs & crystal singing bowls and let go of all your stress and worries. this in-person event is the perfect opportunity to reset the nervous system and enjoy some self care in nature.
we'll meet at the south-west corner of the park (near 33rd & oak) in the little lawn on the hill.
? what to bring
bring anything you need to be comfortable lying on the lawn for an hour. a blanket or yoga mat is recommend, eye covering & pillows may also enhance your experience.
dress in comfortable layers - there is sun and shade on the lawn.
an open heart and open mind.

this is a community offering and no one is turned away for lack of funds - to support the energy exchange suggested donation is $25 can be made with venmo before or after the event.

when we bring peace to our lives we can bring peace into the world.
sound baths help us access the theta brainwave state gently guiding us in a lucid trance. in this liminal space between consciousness and dreaming our parasympathetic nervous system takes over allowing relaxation and rejuvenation. in our time together we'll work with mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques, breath work and meditation.
no experience is necessary to participate - just come with an open mind and an open heart.

hi friend, i'm ry (they/them) and I'm a sound healer with a love for sound, nature, and bringing peace into the world. my goal as a sound healer is to create a safe and welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can come to find balance and healing.
