Enjoy a one-hour sound bath ceremony run by Emma, from Prism of Sound, held in the beautiful Skylight Centre in Highbury, North London.
Fall into a state of deep relaxation as I take you on a sacred sound journey using hand-beaten Tibetan bowls, stunning quartz crystal alchemy bowls, mystical planetary-tuned gongs, soothing ocean drums, and sweet, heart-opening chimes. The session starts with a short guided meditation to ground you and bring you into your body and into the here and now.
As a healing modality, sound has the potential to shift our perceptions, alter our consciousness, and balance the body’s energy centers. The resonant tones of these instruments provide the space to reconnect with our true essence, nurture our soul and awaken the spirit. Whether you seek stress relief, emotional healing, or enhanced meditation, this session will offer a gentle yet powerful path to balance and restoration.
Please bring a yoga mat, an eyemask, if you wish, and a bottle of water. Cushions and blankets are provided. Doors will open from 6:40 pm so please arrive about 5 minutes before to get settled in.
The address is the Skylight Centre, 49 Corsica Street, Highbury, London N5 1JT. It's a five-minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station.
I will send you a short online consent form to fill out which will only take a couple of minutes a few days before the event.
