Join every Sunday morning for a restorative weekly practice designed to help you reset, reconnect, and enter the week feeling grounded and renewed.
Each session blends gentle breathwork, mindful awareness practices, energy-balancing techniques, reflective prompts, and an immersive sound bath experience. Whether you're seeking stress relief, nervous system support, greater clarity, or simply a peaceful way to begin your Sunday, this welcoming experience offers space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
What to Expect:
