As you lie down comfortably, you’ll be surrounded by soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and harmonic instruments that guide your body into deep relaxation and your mind into a meditative state.
No experience is needed — simply come as you are and allow the sounds to carry you into rest, clarity, and renewal.
This session is perfect if you:
