Our Sunday Sound Bath offers a meditative, immersive experience. It is designed to gently reset your nervous system, quiet your mind, and help restore harmony in your body. As you lie comfortably, the sound from singing bowls, drums, and other sacred instruments fills the space. This invites your body into deep relaxation and your spirit into peaceful stillness.
This is not something you do; it’s something you receive.
