This class, taught by Danielle Small of Dear You Yoga, will be beneficial for both beginner and more experienced guests.Class sizes are a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 12. You must purchase a ticket in advance to attend.
Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours and let’s drink some tea, smoke, stretch, and breathe together in a completely judgment free zone. If you decide that you would rather just sit on your mat and have a snack or look at your phone instead, that is perfectly acceptable.
