This Smoga sesh will be a 90 minute stretch and flow class with an intermission, taught by Holly H. This class will be beneficial for both beginner and more experienced guests.Included in this event is a pre-roll, drink station, and light nibbles.
Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours and let’s drink some tea, smoke, stretch, and breathe together in a completely judgment free zone. If you decide that you would rather just sit on your mat and have a snack or look at your phone instead, that is perfectly acceptable.
3 is the minimum number of students and 14 is the maximum for these classes. If there are less that 3 sign ups, we will need to cancel. Any tickets already purchased can be credited to a different day. Therefore, be sure either Amy or your instructor has your phone number in case you need to be notified.
